Our Recreational class program is offered for children ages 5 to 18 years of age. You can choose between our all around gymnastics classes or our Ninja Warrior Program. During this time, students will improve strength, flexibility, self-awareness, coordination and balance. Our safety certified instructors will offer a fun and caring approach to the non-competitive side of gymnastics. Students will be placed in classes based on age and ability.

All around gymnastics classes are 50 min in length and focus on all the gymnastic events such as bars, beam, floor, vault and tumbl trak. Gymnasts will be introduced to the various stretching and conditioning techniques specially designed to get the most out of their gymnastics experience. We also offer 2 hour classes with Instructor recommendations. In 2 hour classes, gymnasts will have time to develop their skills at a slower and more challenging pace.

United Sports Academy’s Ninja Warrior program challenges boys and girls to develop strength, agility, and discipline in a fun and exciting way.  This program incorporates ninja obstacles as well as gymnastics and conditioning to improve kids’ strength and athleticism.
